Asena Club Influencer & VIP Incentive

Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Asena Club Influencer & VIP Incentive (“Offer”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
   This Offer is available exclusively to active Asena Club Influencer and VIP members in good standing. Membership must be current, paid, and compliant with all Asena Club policies at the time of participation and reward distribution.
   
2. Membership Refund Terms
   Participants who successfully introduce ten (10) new qualified Influencer or VIP members within their first quarter (three consecutive months from their membership start date) will receive a refund of their first quarter membership fee only. Refunds do not apply to any subsequent quarters, renewals, add-ons, or upgrades.
   
3. New Members Only
   Introduced members must be new to Asena Club. Returning, reactivated, former, canceled, paused, or previously registered members—regardless of time elapsed—do not qualify toward the Offer requirements.
   
4. Affiliate Commission Structure
   Participants will earn 50% recurring affiliate commissions on qualified members they personally introduce. Recurring commissions are payable only while the referring member maintains an active Asena Club membership. If membership is canceled, paused, downgraded, or terminated for any reason, all affiliate commissions will immediately cease.
   
5. Qualified Member Definition
   A qualified member is defined as an individual who:
   
   • Successfully applies and is approved by Asena Club
     
   • Completes payment for an Influencer or VIP membership
     
   • Remains an active member beyond any applicable cooling-off or refund period
     
6. Asena Club reserves the sole right to determine qualification and approval.
   
7. Tracking & Attribution
   All referrals must be tracked through Asena Club’s approved affiliate or referral system. Asena Club is not responsible for untracked, misattributed, or manually submitted referrals. Decisions regarding attribution are final.
   
8. Payout Timing & Method
   Membership refunds and affiliate commissions are processed according to Asena Club’s standard payout schedule. Processing times may vary. Refunds and commissions are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for alternative benefits.
   
9. Conduct & Ethical Referrals
   Any form of misleading representation, pressure-based selling, spam, miscommunication, or misalignment with Asena Club’s brand values may result in immediate disqualification from the Offer, forfeiture of rewards, and possible termination of membership.
   
10. No Guarantee of Earnings
    This Offer does not guarantee income. Results depend entirely on individual effort, network quality, and market conditions. Asena Club makes no income, referral, or performance guarantees.
    
11. Modification or Termination of Offer
    Asena Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect rewards already earned and approved prior to modification.
    
12. Final Authority
    All decisions regarding eligibility, qualification, attribution, payouts, and disputes are made at the sole discretion of Asena Club and are final.
